Welcome to the office of the Recruitment and Retention. The Recruitment and Retention office (R&R) identifies, attracts, and engages staff members to meet the need of the district, students, and parents. R&R also assists staff members with professional growth pursuits, self-care outlets, acclimation to the Champaign-Urbana area, and connecting staff with community organizations and events.
